heli evasive tactic

Unread postby apocalyptic_willard » 23 Oct 2008 23:02

I've seen people do this before and it's incredibly effective against any type of enemy fire despite the loss of altitude

So does anyone know how to do it?

the barrel roll part is easily done, at least with a keyboard it is as you fly with your wasd keys and direcetion arrows, either try pressing a or d or left or right (been that long since i've flown i cant remember which one) to perform a barrel roll and that most of the time got me out of sticky situations. the other manuevors i'm not so sure about

thing is, the barrel roll anyone can do as you described but it's usually quite a wide radius roll and doesn't cause as much altitude loss. This guy seems to do extremly tight rolls and drop out of the sky like a stone. Micro if you're reading, you're a chopper expert what do you think?
