Hi guys

When I try to update my forum sig, I get this error..
It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image

This also seems to be the case for posting images directly into the forum.

Having googled this to see if it was something I was doing wrong, it turns out it's likely to be a server issue. Found a possible solution to this here..
http://www.rmcgirr83.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1358

Looks like the possible solution to this is by checking Allow_URL_fopen on the PHP configuration.

Then again - I'm a Carpenter!

Might be because you're not showing up as a member any more. Rambo should see this and get you sorted.

I'm not sure. My sig was working fine. I deleted it last night and tried to put a new one. I also tried to post a pic direct into the forums.

Give it a go. Try posting a pic.

I have disabled Allow_URL_fopen because it is a security vunerability. CURL is the more secure method but the phpBB hasn't included support for this. I have edited the Signature image settings to a total dimention of 600x600 allowable size. Please try again making sure the image is within those dimentions and let me know if that helps. if it doesn't, tell me the location of the image and I will store it locally to get round the URL problem.

EDIT: You will now be able to add images to Signatures and Forum Posts. I've done a workaround without using url_fopen or cURL in order to keep security at it's tightest.
