Banned form server for 7 days???

I went to go on the server today and it said i was banned for 7 days? what did i do????

You have been banned for griefing to get into the black market. We saw with core protect.

banned for a week for greifing blocks in public areas with signs saying
"YOU WILL BE BANNED FOR GREIFING THIS AREA"

I don't remember that. Maybe i destroyed like 2 blocks to get out of a hole? is that a big deal? Well sorry i guess. :( I never been banned from this server can i get a break plzz.

If you destroyed two blocks to get out of a hole, why were they not put back then?

Forgot i guess... there are Alot! of mobs runing around in the black market i was probably runing away...
