reports, and jailing

so i found out why i got jailed, (i would edit my first post... but apparently it has to be screened or something, cuz its not up yet...)

someone "reported" me for selling drugs when i was not selling drugs....

someone who was a player, not a cop.... so i wanna kno, is why this is allowed.... if multiple consistent reports from unaffiliated factions were submited, i could understand.... but this was 1 person, with 1 report, saying i was selling drugs, when i havent tried to sell drugs in over 36 hours. however the report occured less then 5 hours ago....

so i ask... what happend to innocent until proven guilty, is 1 persons word greater then my own? when that person is just a player?

and (even though this doesnt apply here, since the player who reported me wasnt online the 1 time i had tried to sell drugs) isnt there a statue of limitations? like, after 24 hours of not being jailed u cant be arrested for ur crime.

i just wanna play in a fair environment, not one where any 1 random person can just file a bogus report, and the next day u log in, in jail....

can u tell me who jailed you? if not i can check the logs.

we will he hiring an admin to rule all officers as people tend to donate just to abuse the powers.

im sorry, i dont kno who jailed me. only who reported me.... if u wanna kno, reply here and ill mail u in game or something....

also, can we plz get an updated wall of rules and laws, and also maybe a sticky post on the forum with rules and laws....

cuz i hear cursing is illegal now... but that sounds like bull.

A heads up, I jailed him. Due to a report

I also talked to zero when he was on the server. The report was old, and at the time I was working through a lot of reports to ensure server safety.

Zero i hope you don't hold a grudge against me for that jail (i'm not sure but I think I also released you after our chat.) I was trying get rid of the insane amount of reports made by people.
